Cosmetic Procedures Overview

All Fellows of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery are specifically trained in cosmetic medicine and surgery and are required by the College to maintain their skills through a Continuing Professional Development program.
Laser/IPL Hair Removal
| Procedure: | Long term hair reduction. |
| Length: | Depends on size of area to be treated - few minutes up to an hour. Series of treatments required. |
| Anesthesia: | Usually none required. |
| Side Effects: | Burns. Change in skin colour, temporarily or permanently. |
| Duration: | Life long absence of hair cannot be guaranteed. |
